/omni:bug-fix
a bug, to one PR
What it does
For a bug a user, a browser or an API caller can see: from one line or an issue, it posts a triage (how bad, whether a change broke it), proves a reproduction fails before any fix, fixes it test-first on a fix branch, adds the check that would have caught it and opens one PR into the default branch. It sends its record to the fix's page on the Omni page (/omni:dossier-push <n> --kind bug) and prints its link. No PRD, plan or outbox. A flaky check is not a bug and stops it; a fix that needs a product decision, a stored shape or a new screen stops it, with the /omni:brainstorm line to run instead. It never merges.
When to use it
Use it when something a user can see is broken and needs a fix, not a new design.
