look after a PRD's feature PR until it is merged
What it does
Looks after PRD n's feature PR, round by round, until it is merged or closed or you stop it: it merges the default branch on a conflict, fixes red CI, then judges each review comment against the repository's review form and fixes it, pushes back with a reason, or leaves it for the PM. A reviewer who answers again gets the PM, not an argument. It pushes nothing while a wave is building, shows on the PRD page that it is watching, and never merges.
When to use it
Use it when a feature PR is ready and you want CI, conflicts and review comments handled while you do other things.
