/omni:pr

What it does

Opens, updates, watches and finishes a pull request of the loop: a feature PR into the default branch, a sub-PR into a feature branch, or a standalone PR. It keeps its status comment current and works on it while CI is red or it conflicts. The other skills hand their pull requests to it.

When to use it

Use it when a pull request needs opening or updating, or its CI is red or it conflicts.
