one PRD across repositories, from a plan repository
What it does
The brainstorm of a plan repository, one /omni:mega-invade set up: it turns one idea into one PRD whose plan says which slice lands in which target repository, read from a read-only clone of each, in which nothing runs. The spec, the plan, the draft feature PR and one phase-0 PR, with a table of what lands where, all live in the plan repository; it never writes in a target. It ends with the /omni:ultra-yolo line that builds it.
When to use it
Use it when one idea needs changes in several repositories and this is their plan repository.
