/omni:mega-pr-care
look after every PR of a PRD across repositories
What it does
The /omni:pr-care of a plan repository: looks after the plan PR, every target and landing PR and every bug-fix PR linked to PRD n, round by round in merge order, until each is merged or closed or you stop it. Each target PR is read against the target's own default branch, landings, wave claims and review form; a red that waits on another repository's PR spends no attempt. In a target it runs only its own committed preflight, and it never merges.
When to use it
Use it when a multi-repository PRD's pull requests are open and you want CI, conflicts and review comments handled in every repository.
