/omni:mega-bug-fix
a bug across repositories, to one PR per target
What it does
The /omni:bug-fix of a plan repository, for a bug that shows in one target while its cause sits in another: the issue, its triage and a fix plan stay in the plan repository, provider first. Each target gets one fix PR into its default branch, red proven by its own preflight or its CI before the fix, saying which PR to merge first; a record PR closes the issue and is merged last. --prd <n> links it to a PRD, so /omni:mega-pr-care looks after its PRs. A change that would break today's consumer stops it, with the /omni:mega-brainstorm line. It never merges.
When to use it
Use it when a bug shows in one target repository and its cause may sit in another.
