/omni:roadmap
a milestone plan, to all its PRDs in one sitting
What it does
Turns a milestone plan (a page, a file or pasted text) into a roadmap: one PRD per item that delivers something, ordered by blockers that each say why. It shows one map of the PRDs, their waves and the open questions, and takes every answer in one message. Then it writes every PRD's issue, spec and before/after up front, with no plan (each is planned when the loop reaches it), the roadmap issue and roadmap.md, checked by omni roadmap check, in one phase-0 PR a person merges, and pushes the roadmap's page. It ends with the /loop /omni:drive --roadmap <n> line. In a plan repository it prints the /omni:mega-roadmap line and stops. It writes no code and merges nothing.
When to use it
Use it when a milestone needs many PRDs and a plan already says what they are and in which order.
How to use it
