What it does
Builds one slice of a PRD to standard: reads the repository's own context first, works test-first, changes only the slice's territory, records every decision it takes without asking as an outbox item, and ships the slice as a sub-PR into the feature branch. Each agent of /omni:wave does this job; you may run it on one slice.
When to use it
Use it when you want one slice of a PRD built on its own, outside a wave.
