/omni:plan
slice a PRD into waves (yolo runs it when needed)
What it does
Turns one PRD in the inbox into a plan of thin slices, each with its territory, what blocks it and its wave, written as plan.md beside the spec and graded by omni plan check. It commits the plan on the PRD's feature branch and opens the draft feature PR. It writes no code; /omni:yolo runs it when a PRD has no plan yet.
When to use it
Use it when a PRD is in the inbox and you want to see its slices and waves before building.
